Electrolytes and omad

Newbie question... My main motivation for trying OMAD is to avoid eating at work - I tend to make bad choices when getting food in the office... (plus most of them are overpriced anyway). While hunger has not been an issue so far (it's not a huge stretch from the 16-18 hour fast I was doing anyway), I've had mild headache all day today. I am suspecting that it may be due to dropping my potassium and magnesium supplements, which I used to hide in a smoothie when having a larger eating window. No way I can add said smoothie (which also had my miracle reds, other problem there) to a single meal... I already eat dinner around 6 pm, and I don't want to extend the eating window much closer to bedtime either. So looking for a different electrolyte "carrier" compatible with taking during a fasting window. Any suggestions?

I take my magnesium glycinate capsules on empty stomach without feeling nausea. And you can add pink salt and cream of tartar (it has potassium) to the drinking water. Search adrenal cocktail recipe online -they melt them in orange juice, but I just mix them with water and add camu for vit c part.

I mix 2 tsp of bulk supplement potassium citrate with Crystal Light lemonade and take magnesium malate tablets (approximately 500-600mg) daily as I am not a big veggie eater plus I lift 3x a week. I also try to keep my protein intake around .75g/pound of body weight.

I put Hyper-Lyte drops in my bottled water. It is for electrolyte replacement. No sugars of any kind. This keeps me going all day. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. I bought it on Amazon.

I think electrolytes supplement is very pivotal in omad because eating one set of meal in a day cannot provide the daily requirements of electrolytes i a persons body. This means that there are risks and imbalances in the body's equillibrium and normal functioning. One example for this is the electrolyte potassium, the daily required for this electrolyte is not met in one meal so the role of supplement plays a crucial part because if not, an individual might suffer from hypokalemia which is very fatal to life of a person. Potassium is considerably the electrolyte thh maintains the regular rhythm of the heart.
