Does anyone have a good routine they do everyday on omad?

Hi Sarah! It is nice to see someone who is commited to do exercise while doing omad. I have been doing OMAD since January and I started exercising since February. You see I did not start exercising right away because I wanted to make sure that my body is well adjusted to OMAD diet. I am have problems in weight management and with the help of exercise ang OMAD, I am managing my wellness ang weight real well.
First off, I just do light exercise because I have a day job and I do not want to cause injury to myself. I regularly do yoga and planking as my routine exercise. Sometimes if I have a day off I do jogging. However, if I am not able to do any of that I used the stairs as my exercise.
My routine is exercise, work, OMAD, work, rest. I exercise in the morning and my routine suits me well.

Everyday I go outside and go to gym or play basketball. This is my routine everytime I wake up in the morning. It helps a lot to refresh my body and always take healthy morning breakfast as source my strength for the whole day.

If you are still new at working out, then I would suggest that making use of the gym is more appropriate because with the instructions the gym coach or instructor will offer on daily basis would be very helpful in getting the best out of your exercise sessions. Some people don't know drills positioning well but with the assistance of the gym instructor, you will get everything thing correctly.

Well, currently I do a forty-minute bodyweight routine every morning. It isn’t anything super intense but it helps keep my muscles tight and body feeling fit. You’re not going to get super ripped from it or anything, but it’ll definitely help keep your stamina up. I do three sets of each exercise, at 12, 10, and 8 reps with 30 seconds breaks in between sets.

The first set of exercises are squats, followed by pushups, and a 30 second break (repeat two more times). Then I do walking lunges, followed by bicep curls and a 30 second break (once again, repeat two more times). Afterwards, I do 30-second wall sits, followed by tricep dips (again, 30 second break and repeat two more times). Then come abdominal crunches, followed by dumbbell rows. And finally I wrap things up with leg raises and thirty second planks.

I don't really care to get super bulky, and this workout certainly won't get you there, but it's great at keeping your muscles tight and toned.

As of now, I am searching for a good routine to apply in my diet plan. I have read plenty of advise here. I am so excited to apply all the tips, the do's and dont's Hoping it will contribute success in my diet stories.

I wake early in the morning, around 4am to 4:30 am. I do jogging around the vicinity of our subdivision. After 30-40 mins I'll went back home to do light exercises. I also drink hot Ginger tea every morning. Well, this routine works well on me. We have different body metabolism so it doesn't mean that this works also for other. Just try it. This is basic and light routine anyway.

This is quite similar to what I do although I wake up at about 5:30 am. I want to enroll in a gym nonetheless as I feel that my body could do with some more exercises just to keep in proper shape. I take water in the morning and sometimes I tend to go for some bone broth. This gets me ready to handle anything that comes my way on that day.

I'm looking for a good workout routine that I can do everyday while on omad. Something that doesn't take a lot of time, but can be beneficial to my weight plan.
The routine one takes in OMAD does not match any other. We have some employed people, self employed and non working. How each manages OMAD differs from each other and working schedule.

I would suggest you make your own routine and keep on it. I have mine too

I also tried to enroll in the gym before. But my schedule and trainor schedule didn't meet and the gym is too far from my place. So I decided to do my own routine.

Do what I do every morning. It is a simple exercise like walking and running. I do it every morning because I am the one who buy our breakfast. Instead of riding a car, I walk to the bakery or sometimes run to make some exercise too.

Go to Google Play Store or any app downloading app that you have on your mobile phone and search for best fitness apps. When you get the app, you are going to see a whole lot of drills that is good for the boys just like planking for the abs, push-ups for the arm and so on. Another thing that is important is the need to remain focused on doing it so as not to break off the momentum.

Ooh too bad but you should not lose hope. I know someone who has set up their own minigym at their home focusing on the minor workouts. They rely on an online trainer as well as apps that helps them to track each exercise such that they do each workout evenly. It has worked out pretty well for them as up to now.

One more thing I do before getting ready for work is to exercise my biceps by doing 10 counts of exercise with my dumbbell. A simple 1 to 10 up and down makes my arms strong. It also make my body sweat which is good to take out some water and be replace when we drink.

I always try my best to do a ten minute workout a day. Sometimes when I have time I ended up doing a 30 minute workout. The ten minute work out for me works because it doesn't take up much of my time. But if really needing to lose a lot of weight more effort is really needed.

I would advise that you focus more on having consistency since this is the biggest aspect that affects results in any kind of training. When you have learnt to fully devote yourself to the 10 minute workouts later on you can gradually introduce longer workouts and learn to make your body adjust slowly but surely which will mean effectiveness.
