Does anyone have a good routine they do everyday on omad?

I'm looking for a good workout routine that I can do everyday while on omad. Something that doesn't take a lot of time, but can be beneficial to my weight plan.

Sarah, one thing I started doing is taking a walk around my neighborhood every morning. I did this initially to take my mind off of eating and keep myself busy. I found that I actually really enjoyed doing it, so I do it every day now and it helps me a lot.

I have a pedometer. My goal is to do 10,000 steps a day. I have been doing around 6 to 7,000. Once the weather gets warmer I am going to walk at lunchtime for an hour because I don't eat during this time. It is funny the first week I started doing this I was trying to figure out what to do with my lunch hour at work. I had all this free time.

That is great! One of my friends was talking to me the other day about getting one of those Fitbits. She wants to do challenges with me on them. I don't know much about them, but she says they are pretty fun to do in groups.

I have an Omron pedometer which is not connected to the internet. The fitbits are nice because you can add people to them and challenge and support each other. I may get one of those if I can get some friends to connect with.

During my OMAD diet, I have tried doing lighter exercises in order to maintain some calories required for the day. I did walking instead of jogging and some sitting exercises instead of doing cycling and avoided hard exercises. I also consumed more of salads and tried some yoga and breathing exercises daily.

In the nearby garden, I walk on the green lawn barefoot to keep myself mentally stress free. All these small and gentle exercises have gradually brought change in my physic.

Light exercise should be considered while using omad diet. A walk around the neighborhood with your pet would be one way to enjoy exercising. This way you can still remove toxins from you body through sweat and enjoy the benefits of omad diet. Drinking a lot of water should always be taken into consideration for replenishment of the body.

You can try jogging or running around in the morning and a bicycle exercise anytime. This exercise doesn't take a lot of time and also, it brings you to enjoy it and improve your weight plan. By the way, riding a bicycle is fun! :D

Everyday I go outside and go to gym or play basketball. This is my routine everytime I wake up in the morning. It helps a lot to refresh my body and always take healthy morning breakfast as source my strength for the whole day.

I have, I do strength lifting 6 times a week and I rest on Sundays. I do Each workout twice a week and abdominal everyday except Sundays. This is not my actual routine when I started, I first did a lot of studies and also did a research on my own before I came up to this kind of routine. I observed in this workout that my body is gaining and there are some improvements.

I really don't feel like working out. I feel quite miserable with the idea of 'exercising'. That's why I'm into activities like biking, walking, hiking, and dancing. It's a workout where you won't feel like exercising.

I do daily walks or if I can't or don't feel like going out I try to do any indoor exercises I can that can amount to 30 minutes to an hour. Admittedly some days I give in to laziness and don't do it at all, but I try to get as close to a daily 30 minute exercise as much as much as possible as I think that is the minimum amount needed that isn't too strenuous or doesn't require too much dedication that it discourages you to the point of not moving at all. Also I like that I get to do walking outdoors since I work from home and it gives me an opportunity to get fresh air and sunshine daily, so I'd definitely recommend it at least as a minimum.

Before my work schedule was moved to an earlier slot, I would be doing my daily workout before leaving home. It is just a series of bending and stretching plus using the hand grip exerciser and the dumbbell. Perhaps it’s only for 5 minutes although sometimes a bit longer when I feel that my body is asking for more. That kind of morning exercise is good in giving me the energy that I will need for the day. No drowsy afternoons and I was always alert.

I take a briskly long walks in the morning before starting my day's activities, it really do help me feel lighter and ready to be active for the day. A little walk or dancing around in the morning can really go a long way to energies the body and boost strength for the body to go through the day.

I jog twice a week, and the rest of the days I am going to gym and I work my body there, I drink a lot of water with lemon, tea, and a small coffee without sugar in the morning.

Back from being gone for so long, I'm hitting the gym again now and the same plan that i have is very effective, hitting 2 muscle group in 1 week for a total of 6 times of exercises a week. I incur some absences however I was able to move schedules but be careful not to stress yourself enough because right now I'm grounded from lifting due to over-fatigue, I always lift but getting a little rest.

Sarah, doing a good exercise routine everyday really helps your body keeping healthy. I suggest that you do 15-30mins. work out or exercise. Jogging and doing jumping jacks will do for the exercise and doing some stretching such as head rotations and leg bends will do. These are for those people who are always busy and cannot find any time to exercise. But for those people who have more time, well it's time to modify that based on your own style and taste. It's very good also to have enough sleep before you work out or exercise.

I also do walking as my everyday exercise. Instead taking buses or cabs, if I know that I could just walk to it, I'll walk instead. It is a good way to lose some fats on a natural way. I also drink a cup of water, first thing in the morning before intaking any food in my body. Then I'll drink water again and go on a walk to prevent my body from dehydrating. I've been doing this for weeks with OMAD and I could say it is really effective. I suggest that you should warm up your body first before taking a walk for your legs to be prepared for your walk exercise.

The last Saturday of every month is a special reserved day for my jogging. It's also our state's monthly sanitation day, so I took the liberty of making it my jogging day as well immediately after the sanitation.

I prefer the following workout routine any day I exercise at home.

Stretching.
Jumping jacks.
Plank.
Press up.
Crunches.
Squats.
