Constipation with eating one meal a day

You might want to try banana and lots of water. I had the same issue before and it worked for me. I really don't know any scientific explanation about this method but this one was shared by a friend of mine who had OMAD.

Banana works very well, I can attest to that very well because I have used it on several occasions during my own constipation experiences.

Also try watermelon and oranges, they are both very good when it comes to helping you get your constipation crises taken care of.
 
I don't joke with my water intake, I sip my water almost all the time immediately I had noticed constipation in my first few days of starting OMAD and also incressed my fiber intake. So taking water, eating more fiber from fruits and taking salads have really been helpful.You could try this out too.

I thought I was the only one! During my first month in OMAD diet, I became constipated. But it didn't stop me from doing OMAD. I drunk a lot of water, eat loads of nuts, corn and probiotics yogurt. I also did not stop exercising. I avoid apples and banana because they make me constipated. Try to observe what foods can make you constipated. I hope you feel better soon.

Some people actually have less urge to drink more water but if they can eat enough fruits, it would help to take care of the constipation. I don't joke with eating salads especially on Sundays, it's my routine meal.

Sometimes I don't feel like take water too but adding some flavour to it can be very helpful.I add lemon to mine and it help me take more water.Fluid is really essential for the well being of the body.it always good to stay hydrated all day.it will naturally aid constipation.

I drink a lot of liquids like Tea and Hot Lemon water to help reduce constipation. I think that one reason you're experiencing constipation is because you are lacking liquids and and that's why you have to drink more to get more water into your system to help with your bowel movement and ease your constipation.
 
When I lack sleep, I usually become constipated for a day or 2 but when I was able to move my bowel, it is like I have diarrhea. Definitely the lack of sleep has an effect on my digestive system. But when I get enough sleep, I don’t feel anything unusual with my digestive system especially when I don’t eat a lot.
I've never heard of this before, and I have never noticed it for myself even when I lacked sleep. I will have to observe myself next time I don't sleep well. Although I guess whenever I lack sleep I don't really feel much like doing anything at all and I feel mostly just floating so maybe I do experience this and just don't remember or don't notice.
