I eat all different types of foods and it depends on if I'm eating low carb or not...

Low Carb days...
Salads-Taco Salad, Egg Salad, Tuna Salad, Turkey and Ham Salad, Chili Salad, Chicken Salad

Steak n Onions

LC Wraps-Taco Wrap, Ham n Cheese Wrap, Egg, Cheese n Bacon Wrap, Egg, Cheese n Sausage Wrap, Tuna Wrap

Eggs w Bacon or Sausage

Venison Stew

Cheese Crust Pizza with Onions, Peppers, Sausage, Pepperoni, Mozzarella n Sauce

High Carb Days I eat whatever I'm making for my husband...Spaghetti, Mac & Cheese, Lasagna or Chop Suey with Garlic Bread, Pizza, Shepherds Pie, Corn Chowder, Burgers w Fries :)

Sounds good. Do you alternate days in which you eat low carb? I'm curious to what kind of regime you do.

I eat OMAD everyday and then do Carb Cycling in which I will do Low Carb Monday, Wednesday and Friday and HC on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday...I may change days depending on holidays and special occasions :)

I'm still going to do OMAD/Carb Cycling but I'm going to do it differently...This is how Im going to eat from now on...

On my Low Carb days and my High Carb days I will eat in a 6 hour window between Noon and 6 and on my OMAD days I will eat either VLC, LC, MC or HC...Depending on if I'm losing or gaining will determine how I eat for the day.

VLC...Very Low Carb
LC.....Low Carb
MC...Moderate Carb
HC...High Carb
