So I take it you are living OMAD to maintain (and lose a few more wonderful pounds).
 
I agree. The holidays were a struggle for me as well. I'm looking to get back on track asap. This thread has motivated me!
Yes, I gained too much over the holidays (10lbs) and didn't even feel I ate that much. Not only that, I was eating mostly whole foods. Whole foods make me feel better, but still, they have calories, like brown rice, oatmeal etc- they are carbs, and put weight on. I'm still eating whole foods, but only at my OMAD. On OMAD, I'm losing weight eating the same healthy foods.
