Same here. I think I got addicted to drinking coffee too. I find it hard to resist but I am trying my best to reduce my coffee intake that is why I am looking for some replacement for coffee. And as I have known, ginseng tea is healthier than coffee. i think I will try this one. Or if I can't find ginseng tea, I will just try green tea. I hope we can both get ourselves out of too much coffee intake.

I do take organic green tea every now and then, the truth is that I actually liked the taste of coffee better than the organic green tea. It's only when I run out of coffee that I normally switch to my green tea before getting another coffee tea stock.

Ginseng tea looks like a great replacement for coffee from the way I'm seeing it now. I'm likely going to replace coffe with taking ginseng tea.

Is it? I was about to see myself looking for ginseng tea, but reading your comment shocked me. Why ginseng tea is not openly available? Does ginseng tea can also cause harm? Is it why it is not openly available in the market?

I think it is something to do with area of production. It's more available in China, Japan and Korea. I don't know the part of the world you reside in, it may be available there, I can't really say for sure.

But let my comment not discourage you from looking for the ginseng tea to buy in your local market, you may be fortunate it would be available for you to purchase.

Yeah, I will take your advice and keep looking for it. I always see ginseng being mentioned in some of the korean tv series that I watched, so I got interested on it. But I didn't know that japan also had that. If I don't see ginseng in my place, I will just ask my aunt and cousins in japan to buy it for me when they visit here. Thanks for the info.

Have you actually tasted ginseng tea? Does it taste good? Honestly I don't like the taste of some tea. But I know that teas are more fine than coffee.

Alright. If you have your aunt and cousin in Japan, then you don't have to worry too much about not seeing the ginseng tea over there in your country market.

The tea can easily be sent to you over from Japan and you can drink as much as you want. Have fun mate.

I have tasted it but to be honest with you, I can't really describe how it tastes. I wouldn't say that it tastes bad or good. I just try to add a little milk in it sometimes in order to tune up the taste.

You are absolutely correct with that assertion on ginseng not being a leaf tea but root tea. It's the Ginseng root that is harvested and prepared to be taken as a tea. I believe some part of Korea and including China still process Ginseng Tea raw directly from its roots and I believe it's more effective to take it that way than all these factory products of Ginseng Tea.

Depending on the kind of Ginseng used and the brand it can be a stimulant, drinking it can make you more alert, it can also make you heal your external and internal wounds faster. It's also said that it's a hormone booster helping a lot in boosting sexual libido and curing erectile dysfunction.
