    I have always read to weigh yourself after you had your first bowel movement. I usually weigh in the morning.

    The thing about fasting for a full week is that you have to be careful how you break that fast. You don't want to go straight to a huge meal. It would be stressful on your system. Whereas fasting every 24 hours, then eating - the body can adjust better.

    Thanks! Well it is Sunday evening and I am making my dinner meal for the day. Maple chicken with carrots, brown rice and broccoli and a seltzer water. I may splurge on an ice cream sandwich for dessert. I have been drinking tea and water all day.
