I would buy some lemons and limes and add it to your water. You could also drink sparkling water as well. There is something called Perrier that I drink.

I took my kids to our family doctor. He was impressed with my weight loss and asked me how I have achieved that. I told him that I eat only once or twice a day at specific times. He said well done and that is how we all should be eating anyway.
