Hi, I started OMAD a week ago. I don't have a lot to lose, but got tired of waiting around and wanted faster results. My weight was at 138 and I'm now at 133...my goal is to get into the 120 range. I also find that drinking ACV in my water,..helps. Also,...cocoa with a little instant coffee and stevia is a wonderful appetite suppressant. I do like my red wine and occasionally I'll have vokda,..which probably slows my progress,..but I'm losing steadily. I find it works better than crazy low carb diets, etc. because although I eat healthy,..occasionally I'll have a pizza and don't feel I've blown it,..as I've not eaten all day. I did this OMAD regime after I gave birth yrs. ago and I successfully took off 60 lbs. I went from 170 to 110 lbs. Just by eating OMAD
