Week #2 and I am a believer!!!

This is my second week on OMAD. I have tried every diet out there and have chosen to just NOT diet anymore. I adopted the OMAD plan and am thrilled with my results so far! I work out 4 to 5 days a week (5 cardio 3 weight lifting) and have more energy than I have ever had. My one meal a day does not go to junk food. I eat a very balanced, clean meal. I enjoy every bite of it! I have given up 8 pounds so far. I say "given up" because when you lose something, you usually find it later, so I choose not to use that term. Did I mention that I am 57 years old and Grandmother of 4? Thank you for introducing OMAD to me! I am looking forward to my journey with OMAD. This is MY way of life now.

Congratulations on your loss! I am on week one and losing. You are doing great working out. I have not started that part yet. Just getting adjusted to this.

Congratulations @chess61 well done. Very encouraging and motivation story. You have sooo much energy you put some of us to shame. You work out 4 to 5 times a week and are on OMAD , these are goals for the rest of us. I always tell people that ask me about my OMAD experience that the biggest advantage of OMAD is the energy minus the food. The irony of that! I have been on OMAD for a while and am still slowly looking for a way to incorporate exercise, just the motivation I needed!

Wow! That's great. I'm glad many of us are starting to see the fruits of staying on this course. OMAD helps with most of our struggles with dieting and simplifies it. :)

Many of us are also adjusting. Even when you've been doing it for some time. The body continuously adjusts to keep it in the best shape possible.

Congratulations. That was a great step for a healthy living. I knew it is hard because I also done that. And two weeks is not bad at all. Keep on coming :).

Wow! That sounds promising! Congratulations to you! That's great that in just two weeks you already have seen great results and achieving it in staying with one meal a day diet. I really hope and wish that you reach your goal in no time. Cheers to overall good health and a great body for life! Keep it up.

I think so too. And once you keep up with the meal plan, you'll eventually get used to it. I think most of the struggle comes from the early weeks of one meal a day. :D

I believe we can all achieve this. Overall good health is the best motivator in keeping up with it. One meal a day has truly transformed many of our lives.

Congratulation that's really inspiration post here. And that you having a good starts of OMAD that's really achievement and having a strong that you will do is really powerful deserve to have the dream body that you want.

Congratulations, and great work! I am glad you found this method and actually gave it a try and I'm even more glad that it worked for you. I also became a believer within the first two weeks as you really see the results and get to compare it to the amount of sacrifice you are putting in which really isn't a lot at all compared to other more drastic diets or lifestyle changes.

I am still going strong on OMAD. My energy level is still good and I am working out harder now. Not longer, but more intense. I really look forward to my one meal. I am very careful with my planning of this meal. I incorporate fruit, veggies, a carb( usually a sweet potato) and a good protein source. I eat "meaningful" which means I enjoy every bite and usually can't finish the meal. If I am still hungry, I will allow a "treat" like home made banana nut bread or something home made. I am down 12 pounds now and still going strong. I am not hungry during the day at all. I must be doing something right!

That's wonderful. I'm really happy for you. It's not always you see someone feeling that way. Most of us constantly struggle during our early weeks of OMAD. It's because others have a different reaction to it. But eventually we all get to enjoy a healthier and more rewarding lifestyle.
