That is such a great report, @pinkbell ! Have you changed the kinds of foods you eat for your one meal, or just fasting and then eating whatever you want to for your meal ?
I think that not binging is one of the things that I like best about this way of eating, too. Even on days when I end up having food besides my one meal, it is only a little bit, and is something that is a protein food, like a boiled egg, or a little bit of cheese. Most of the time, I am fine with the fasting and having one meal, but some times, I just am hungry for something, and that is when I make the decision to have just a little bit of some food that will satisfy me, and not spike insulin. Even though it technically breaks the fast and stops me from going into autophagy, it still keeps me in ketosis and burning fat for fuel.

i did change what i eat by eating whatever i want
but that will need to be changed as im getting
that bad hunger back
i think its true that eating carbs make you more hungry
so im going back down or off them again
plus i need to do more research on eating keto

Congratulations! It's really encouraging to hear this and I've actually been wanting to recommend this diet to my dad for a long time because he is a diabetic but I've been worried because that makes eating just once a day a bit tricky. I think he also has some blood pressure problems too so your update just makes me more convinced to at least ask him to give it a try. Thanks for sharing your story and keep up the good work!
